These Woodwick candles smell wonderful - it is my new favorite. The scent lasts and I love the sound of the crackling wood wick. The 4 star rating is because I think that they are a bit over-priced.

Think everyone else will too. Been buying them for years now and will continue. This particular flavor smells like the woods I think. Kinda an earthy scent, very enjoyable. Recommended.

I think the picture shows a single wide wick, but this one came with one of the cross or "+" shaped wicks which burn more quietly than the wide wicks. Kind of deceptive since I thought I was getting a wider wick. Also the size is a little deceiving.... These turned out to be "mini" candles compared to what we had before. I realize they say "medium", but these are 60 to 70% smaller than I was expecting... Guess you get what you pay for. I had paid $25 for the larger one and thought I was getting a steal at $18 for something comparable.

Bought it for my husband for Christmas. He loves it! He burns it almost every night, likes to fall asleep to the crackling/popping/smell/candlelight. Watch out for the packaging, though. I had to have a second one sent because the first one was thrown in a box with a couple bags of air to ship, and when it arrived it was broken completely to pieces. Might want to save your time and buy local.

I first discovered this Trilogy candle a year ago and love the layered fragrances. It lasts a long time so I've just bought a new one. One layer burns and melts into the next one down, creating new fragrances. Mistakenly I'd set it on the electric range while the oven was on. It all melted into one new -- but wonderful -- fragrance. Excellent service!!
