Normally when looking into a sink drain, one would expect (at best) to find gunk from yesterday's dishes. This strainer is a neat way to find an unexpected splash of color in an otherwise mundane surrounding.

I've had mine for a few weeks now, & have yet been able to scratch it up - despite my best efforts. And yes, it fits well in the drain & prevents any seepage.

Great for a goofy gift. Practically guaranteed to bring a smile, if nothing else!
