Too bad, the mat is cute with the "licker" joke, but it's the wrong its. How stupid to mass produce a mat with one sentence and you can't even get it correct.

I read the reviews and noticed the only complaint was the grammar. I took a chance and ordered anyway. I'm glad I did. The picture shows "it's", but on the mat the grammar error has been corrected, reflecting "its". Great mat, great quality and seems to be well built. I recommend this for any dog lover who has an "affectionate" furbaby!

The What on Earth catalog has this mat, too. For only about $3 more, you can get the mat properly using "its" instead of "it's", and not have to answer to everyone who comes to your door and feels the need to point it out. I'm sure that would get old.

The grammatical error on the picture that Amazon shows has been corrected on the rug. I just ordered this item and it is fixed and looks great! I've suggested to the Seller that they update this page; perhaps they would have more sales if people weren't nervous about getting it with an error on it!
